Just to rest couple of hours and leave
This hotel it is just to crash for couple of hours at night and then leave, it was not really clean or took care of the inside. Restroom was really really small 2 persons cannot be at the same tim. Heating was not working and it was a bit cold as it was also a rainy day. The elevetor and stairs are so tiny I have never seen such an elevator or stairs. This hotel it is not for family or long vacation. The price for the quality it is high. it should be at least half of what it is now. On the other hand the location is fabulous, it is in the center and everything is close to it but if you want to have locationa and quality of stay it is not your choice.

10 stars for the location, seems like everything is less than a 15 min walk away. Very friendly and helpful staff, room was clean, beds are very comfortable, A/C worked great. Great hotel if you are a deep sleeper and out most of the day. Just to help others decide if this is the place for them, the room and especially the bathroom is teeny tiny, noise from the street and other areas of the hotel is quite loud at night, bells from the church were very loud, bring your own shampoo and conditioner (they provide a hair and body wash that hardly lathers), there are about 10 stair steps from the street to the lift. Breakfast was okay, helpful when you need to get out early and lovely view.

Small rooms as expected but the bed was super cozy and the view was excellent. Limited space to out luggage if you have lots.
We spent one night after visiting other locations in greece before our flight home. I mention this as we had acquired extra baggage along the way. Without the car's trunk we would have been pretty tight in the room.
On that, I would warn that they have 2 maybe 3 parking spots available in front and no underground or parkade parking.
We were fortunate to get one as someone was leaving, but if you do have a car I'd contact them beforehand to make sure they save a space for you. Otherwise you might need to book a valet parkade.
We missed the breakfast but it is on the roof and the roof does offer a great view of the Acropolis and the core Athen's area.
It is definitely a good location to base out of if you plan on exploring Athens. We would stay there again.

Well situated for City break.
If you want a comfy bed, clean hotel, no frills stay in Athens then you've found it here! We stayed in a family room so space was limited, however, we were out exploring everyday so no issues. Room was very clean and it was cleaned daily. No frills breakfast was available every day at a very reasonable price and it was served on their very well situated roof terrace with an unhindered view of The Parthenon. Other than breakfast the terrace it is available to you at any time. I thoroughly enjoyed buying a few cans of 'Alfa' from the market up the road and sitting up there in the evening to cool off, made all the more special as you can see people on other rooftops paying 8 Euros a pint for the same experience! I'd recommend for a short city break. If you want a spa, gym, sauna and room service I'd maybe look elsewhere though.

The hotel is located in the middle of Plaka. You are close to everything. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. We would have breakfast there for 8 euros per person. Not bad at all. It may not be a fancy hotel but it’s definitely the best if you are having a short stay and are in a budget.

By far the worst hotel I have stayed in, in recent history.
Although our room did have a beautiful view of the Acropolis the cleanliness and noise made our stay unbearable. The balcony and window doors had a very poor seal, so you could hear conversations people were having below. Not just people yelling, normal conversations. Also the church bells on the hour were very loud, but expected as there was a church right next door. What was unexpected was the amount of noise that travels within the hotel. There is such poor sound proofing that you can hear people talking on the first floor form the top. Everytime a door opens, usually slammed because of loud guests, you would hear it. At around 3 am on our first night someone dragged what sounded like a bag of empty bottles and the sound rang ecgowed through our room.
Overall, although the view was beautiful, this was a very unpleasant experience. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Great location, just a short walk from the Metro station to the airport. Beautiful view of the Acropolis from the rooftop patio. Lovely affordable breakfast that includes omelets.
Only con is the entrance locks at midnight. Unless I missed another way in, that limited night outings.

An excellent hotel in a superb location
We loved this family-run hotel! Superb location within walking distance of the Acropolis, Contemporary Art Gallery, parks, shops, restaurant, no end of museums—too much to see in the short time we were there. Our room was comfy but smaller than some rooms, but it had a balcony with an excellent view of the Acropolis. The roof-top terrace was a great place to have breakfast in the sunshine, and the cooked breakfast (eggs, bacon, toast) was wonderful. Olives, honey and yogurt, too! No bar, but in the afternoon or evening guests were free to take a bottle of wined snacks to the terrace.
The staff were friendly, especially the owner. And the tiny elevator (be warned: it's VERY tiny) was interesting in that one of the walls was open. Don't lean against it, or you'll feel the building sliding behind your back.
I'd recommend this hotel to anyone. But be careful if you're taking a cab from the airport. Give the driver the address, because there's another hotel with a similar name (at a much higher price). Our friends were dropped off there when they arrived late one night and had to walk several blocks to the correct Metropolis.
Another thing to note: the Cathedral rings the hour and half hour 24/7. So if you're a light sleeper, take good ear plugs. Or enjoy the bells. We loved them!

Romantic Acropolis Views in a Perfect Location
My stay at this hotel was truly a very pleasant experience. The place has a charming, cozy, and family-like atmosphere that makes you feel welcome from the very beginning.
The hotel is very clean, and the room was extremely comfortable – perfect for resting after a full day of exploring the city.
One of the highlights is the view of the Acropolis, which adds a wonderful romantic touch, especially in the evening when it is beautifully illuminated.
The location is also very convenient for discovering Athens and walking around the area.
I would happily return here during my next visit to Athens.

Great little hotel. Perfect location within walking distance of just about everything.
Perfect location right in the Plaka. Nice family run hotel. Great value for the price. Clean and friendly. The room was tiny but had everything we needed. We opted for the economy room so I cannot speak for the other rooms.
